Automated Leave Accrual
Leave accrual doesn't have to be complicated nor tedious. Our system is fully automated. We simply set it once and update when there are changes to the leave policy. You can set up rules like how many hours/day are accrued and by type of employee and moving forward that employee will get those hours/days calculated for every pay cycle.
Spending time trying to figure out how many hours have been worked by employees, contractors and shift workers on a particular assignment or a project is a thing of the past.
Clock-in/Clock-out
With an individual login access, your employees can clock-in or clock-out by logging into the software enter weekly or monthly timesheets for approval by a supervisor. Take out the hassle of employee messaging you about their work hours. Supervisors have admin rights to authorize and and to make changes from their dashboard once logged in.
With SALB HRM, you define the pay policy. We simply add your policy to the system and the software will enforce it.
